Most people will decide to be idle and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. Getting all of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthful and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories away from your diet— without having to be forced to eat terrible tasting diet food. There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. You can do small things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Remember: being healthy and balanced isn’t just about slimming down. It is more about making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Green Chile Chicken Soup

Ingredients of Green Chile Chicken Soup

  1. It's 8 cup of Water.
  2. It's 1 1/2 lb of Skinless, boneless chicken thighs.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Oregano.
  4. It's 1 pinch of Rosemary leaves.
  5. You need 1 of Salt.
  6. You need 3 clove of of garlic minced (or 2 tablespoons of jarred garlic).
  7. You need 1/2 of Roughly chopped small-med yellow onion.
  8. Prepare 8 oz of Dry orzo pasta (cooked).
  9. It's 1 of Chopped NM green chile (fresh/frozen is best, canned is pickled so it might taste different).

Green Chile Chicken Soup instructions

  1. Bring chicken to a low boil in 8 cups of water. Add spices and salt..
  2. Cook orzo pasta according to the directions, then drain, toss with olive oil and set aside..
  3. When chicken is nearly done cooking, add garlic and onions..
  4. Once chicken is fully cooked, remove pieces from broth and roughly chop or shred..
  5. Once chopped, add chicken back to broth. Add green chile (the amount of green chile is up to your spice tolerance)..
  6. In serving bowl, add chicken and broth, and a scoop of cooked orzo..
  7. Enjoy!.
