Ingredients of Chicken boneless Achar gosht

  1. Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken boneless cubes.

  3. It's 3 of onion.

  5. It's 3 of tomatoes.
  6. Prepare 4,5 of ,badi hari mirch.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of lehsan adrak paste.

  1. Pan me oil dalain phir us me chicken cubes, achar gosht masala and lehsan adrak daal kar fry karain.
  2. Ab is me dahi phaint kar dalain and tomatoes ko pees kar daal dain ab pakne dain.
  3. Jab salan pak kar tayyar ho jaye and oil upper nazar ane lage to hari mirchon me achar masala lemon mix kar ke bhar dain.
  4. Aakhir me salan ke upper hari mirchain saja dain and 5,6 minunt dum de dain.
